After receiving a note from someone claiming to know his secret, Henry becomes paranoid that someone will reveal his secret identity. Meanwhile, Piper starts an illegal tanning salon in the Hart family living room.

Danger & Thunder
A crime wave has hit Swellview and Dr. Minyak has escaped from prison. In Hiddenville, Phoebe Thunderman sees the news and makes plans to help Captain Man and Kid Danger. After an unsuccessful robbery by the Three Muchachos, they learn from that Dr. Minyak has called a meeting with Swellview's villains to discuss how to destroy Captain Man and Kid Danger. Meanwhile, Piper's neck gets stiff, causing Jasper and Mr. Hart to work to unstiffen her neck. As Captain Man and Kid Danger work to pose as two of the Three Muchachos, Phoebe mistakes them for the real Three Muchachos and goes on the attack until Captain Man and Kid Danger clear things up. Later, Piper's doctor diagnoses her condition as "Text Neck" and she must wear a cone until her neck recuperates. Phoebe joins Captain Man and Kid Danger and goes undercover where Dr. Minyak, Nurse Cohort, Drill Finger, Jeff, Van Del, and Time Jerker are assembled at the bottom of an underwater base beneath Lake Swellview by Toddler, who has Phoebe's brother Max working for them.

While Captain Man and Kid Danger are fighting a villain called the Time Jerker at the top of the Swellview clock tower, Kid Danger falls into the Time Jerker's time machine and ends up reliving the same day again. Meanwhile, Charlotte tries to get into the Language, Information, and Math Program.

Ray goes out of town to attend his cousin's wedding in Cleveland. Kid Danger even has to prove a point when Jeff steals a large tuna from Sushi Dushi. Meanwhile, Jasper helps Piper do a cold yoga video to get more subscribers than Jana Tetrazini.

Henry becomes the new coach of Piper's basketball team, the Woodpeckers, when the previous coach quits and trains them to be better basketball players. Meanwhile, Ray and Schwoz take part in a contest to see who can grow the longest beard where the loser must eat the winner's beard hair.

Charlotte discovers that Henry still has feelings for Veronica when he keeps his options of being Bianca's girlfriend open. He soon starts to get jealous when he sees Bianca with a new student named Blake. A grandmother labeled as the Mad Granny is terrorizing Captain Man at public appearances like the first public bathroom opening hosted by Vice Mayor Willard. While Kid Danger tries to break up with Veronica, the police arrive and arrest her when it turns out she was the Mad Granny upon finding the outfit in her backpack. Veronica's claim for the attack was for the Wall Dogs ending up in jail. At the end of the episode when Henry is expecting Bianca, he is suddenly visited by Chloe.

The Beat Goes On
A secret spy camera reveals to Dr. Minyak and Nurse Cohort that Charlotte knows about Captain Man and Kid Danger. The duo kidnaps Charlotte and warps her brain with a song that instructs her to attack Captain Man and Kid Danger. To seal the deal, Dr. Minyak also increases Charlotte's physical strength and sends her after Henry and Ray. Eventually, Schwoz freezes Charlotte, manages to extract the song from her brain, and play it in reverse, turning her back to normal. Meanwhile, Piper tries to get more followers online and enlists Jasper and an egg that Jasper found, though it was mutated by Schwoz and discarded by Henry.
